It is located in the heart of the Sèvre Nantaise valley, next to the Mortagne sur Sèvre castle. It was built in 1567 by the Seigneur de Mortagne. It was originally used to grind seeds, then it worked to dye tissues and after that in the 20th century it was a cork factory. Now it is a place to have some rest.
